Ladies Classes
1.
It’s Tough Being a Woman – Kathy Murray (facilitator) – This
“Ladies” class is the study of the book of Esther. The study is written by Beth
Moore and so far we’ve learned that “Faith is putting God in every fill in the
blank.” God says He will never leave us! He’s there even when we don’t feel
Him. Our class is open with much prayer and discussion. Although we have been
doing this study for a year already, please be assured, it is definitely not too
late to join in. “It’s Tough Being a Woman” is certainly true for us today!
However, with God’s help, nothing is impossible. Come and join with us and see
what God can do.
2.
Knowing God Intimately by Joyce Meyer – Ann MacLeod (facilitator) -
Have you ever felt like there is just more to church and being a
Christian? Like there is something missing? Do you want to get to know GOD
better – Have a deeper faith??
Well, ladies, this is a class exclusively for you – I KNOW GOD will show up.
Men’s Class – Brian Murray (facilitator) – A men’s class discussing current issues from a man’s perspective. How should we act and react in light of biblical truth. We speak openly and honestly without judgment and learn from the experience of other men who are looking for God’s will.
Other Adult Classes (mixed – men and women):
1.
Life and Ministry of the Apostle Paul – Wayne Bleakney
(facilitator) Already we have done an overview of the Bible from Genesis to
Acts. This year, we will look closely at the life of Paul and then keep on
going through the New Testament. We make use of a video featuring Les Feldck, a
farmer and Bible teacher. Bible study and discussion follows the video
presentation.
2. Bible Study Book of Ephesians (Mixed) Kelly Taylor & Bonnie Miller (facilitators)
Broken
marriages, shattered friendships, racial divisions, and war between nations – we
live in a fractured world. How can the pieces be put back together? In
Ephesians, Paul lifts the veil from the future to allow us to see God’s plan to
unite everyone and everything in Christ. Studying this book will renew your
hope.
3.
Your Time-Starved Marriage – BJ Killam (facilitator)
Our class is geared toward 30 something men and women who are interested in
meeting together and sharing advice/experiences about raising children and
married life. Our first topic this year: The Time Starved Marriage by Les and
Lesley Parrott.
